Our 80 hour
Utah Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program is
approved by the Utah Nursing Assistant Registry.
Students are taught to recognize the needs of
individualized patient care, to identify and select the
appropriate skills and perform them in a safe and timely
manner. Students receive instructor-demonstrated skills
and exhibit learning by return demonstration and
supervised practice.
If you are interested in
becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), then
this class is for you. CNA's offer a wide range of
essential healthcare services to patients in a variety
of health care settings. In addition, CNA's
are a part of the healthcare team. CNA's can be referred
to as geriatric aides, rehab aides, nursing assistants
and nursing aides. The job of a CNA is both tough and
rewarding. Over 2 million jobs are held by nursing
assistants and home health aides across
America.
